He gets up early to put on his face…
and then I think Gene starts the morning out at preschool…and maybe sings a song or two.
Next, I think he follows the performance up with an art project or two (check out the mini-special effect!)…
and might even pick out a playmate (or two). (I have my sights on a butterfly this year.)
He might also venture out for some shopping…
in fact he might even survive his first trip ever to a Super Wal-Mart!
Of course after the shopping trip he might stop by the local music store…to check out any new equipment they have…
or possibly add a new bass to his display.
As it starts to get dark outside…he might light his Halloween pumpkin display…
and check the trick-or-treat weather: The moon is out…it’s 40 degrees…Let’s go!
Do you think I can carry my treat bag and my bass guitar at the same time? (We beat you to it…uncle-ish Scott. It just hadn’t appeared in the photos yet…and technically it’s a BASS guitar!!)
Here we are! In Wisconsin we trick-or-treat in pacts. It’s warmer that way!!!
Maybe they’ll come fast if we both scream really loud!

THE LOOT!!!! Can I try one of everyone tonight?
I also had a brief stint as an I Spy book by Jean Marzollo. I came up with the idea all by myself and Mama and I ran around the house collecting things small enough to tape to my shirt. How do you think we did? Everyone at our 2nd Halloween party thought it was a really cool idea. If you ever make it out here for a visit…you might get more I Spy than you bargained for!! Does the “Switch Witch” come to the Senecal’s house or does Nolan get to eat *all* of his candy?
He thinks he gets to eat all of the candy, but in reality it’s really a small portion. Kelly is the worst about sneaking pieces of Nolan’s loot while he is bed. Someday he’ll notice and Kelly will have to come clean! Do we have babies yet?
