This is a special post…as it is made in honor of all of those Home Improvement TV show fans that loved the “hidden” neighbor, Mr. Wilson. For the rest of you, it will just seem comical and possibly annoying! But believe me…it will be worth the wait!!!

The Reuhl family had their annual Halloween party this past weekend and it was a blast. In fact, the party was so special that Maddie and Hayden’s Papa, Steve, spent 4 hours creating this amazing “Death Star” Star Wars pumpkin! What an awesome job!

We had to do a lot of our own prep work for the party.

Getting me ready was a complete team effort! And look…Papa was KISSified in his sleep as Paul…

Mama was going to go as an 80s bangles chick, but Papa and I decided to call her our groupie.

Check Papa out…doesn’t he look great? (Shhh…don’t tell anyone, but those are Mama’s knee high black platform boots!!)

Maddie, Hayden and their parents all went as a zombie family. I thought their costumes were really cool.

Wait, I didn’t know zombies could drink apple cider!!!

Did you know that Gene likes to climb up slides…

and ropes?

Hmmm…maybe this zombie stuff isn’t really a costume…

KISS man walking! This takes serious effort. I don’t know how Gene Simmons wears those high-heeled boots multiple times a week sometimes! I think I might need my first pedicure after all of this! I spent a really fun weekend with Auntie Robyn and Uncle Pete. Auntie Robyn even wore the same pajamas as me!

And we both glow in the dark!

Auntie Robyn and Uncle Pete also took me to my first UW Badger Hockey game.

It was awesome. We even got to eat Dippin’ Dots ice cream!(That’s us above the “ST” on the marquee.) (What’s next Auntie Robyn??)

I also went on my very first train ride.

It was awesome too!

AND to top it all off…Auntie Robyn and I carved a GENE pumpkin…and she even gave it hair! What an awesome weekend! Thank you very much!! Maybe we can do this again in November??

At home…Mama, Auntie Robyn and I made our famous eyeball cookies…

YUM!

AND silly face english muffin pizzas!

Since Auntie Robyn made a GENE pumpkin…I decided we should have all 4 KISS members. So Papa, Mama and I set to work right away on Ace and Peter…

I even got to help…and I didn’t mess it up! Maybe next year I’ll carve one all by myself!

I made this special painting for Papa for his birthday. Isn’t it the bomb? Left to right…there is a drummer, an alien bass player, the guitarist (and duh, he has horns, okay?) and the singer.

Mama met up with the Blotz family for their yearly pictures.

And they are still just as photogenic as ever!

We also went to Keva this past week to play with their sports gear. But in turn we (Maddie, Hayden, Kyle and I) decided it was more fun to chase the adults! Get her!!!

I think this should become a sport. It takes a lot of work to pull your body the entire length of a bleacher seat. Seriously!

They have the best haunted silo ever (at least when it’s open to the public).

Hayden decided to pass and self-entertain this year.

The farm also has a “kitten house” with cats that you can pick up and pet. (If they dare to come out of there quiet/comfy homes!)

I’m trying to talk Maddie into going to the corn maze…she’s thinking about it!

There’s nothing worse than a little finger pointing pressure…

Yeah…we made it through! (I think Maddie is trying to be taller than me!)

Hayden decided to self-entertain during round 3 of the corn maze. I think he’s pretty good at this.

We even fed the deer some corn…

and then took turns milking a giant plastic cow. Uhm, why is the liquid that’s coming out clear like water?
