Aunt Robyn and I like to practice our Yoga poses–this one is called Tree pose.
We came to the airport to pick up Grand’Mary and Grandpa Dave, but there doesn’t seem to be anyone around.
Uh-oh…their plane has been delayed!
There’s no need to worry…I’m a very calm and obedient 3 year old! (ha ha ha ha ha)
We’ve been very busy since the Grandparents arrived. We even concocted home-made tattoo paint. Grand’Mary painted a butterfly on one hand…
and Mama painted KISS on the other. (The symbol is the Egyptian symbol that Vinnie used when he was in the band.)
Ta-da! I’ve been showing Grandma and Grandpa all of my park tricks. It was great (except for the 45 mph wind gusts and the eventual downpour that soaked us all in less than 5 seconds).
Grand’Mary even had a special surprise in her suitcase…
a Spiderman mask!!! (It completes me!)
We took Grandma and Grandpa down to the Memorial Union Terrace for some live music…and I had a lady tell me I should model for Abercrombie & Fitch. She must have been crazy–I’m no prep–I’m a rocker!
Ahhh…Brrr…
This is more like it. Yes, Aunt Robyn and Judy–I have a rock in my hand!!!
While Mama and Grand’Mary spent some time take pictures in the UW Arboretum, Papa took me to see my first “theater” movie ever. It was great. (ps. We saw Kung Fu Panda)
On Sunday someone else from my family arrived…along with her Papa, but I’m not going to say who…you’ll have to make sure you come back next week! See you then!
Actually…3 days ago I made a comment about building an ark if the storms didn’t stop–as a joke—and then Sunday night I thought we really were going to need one.
It’s amazing how something as simple (yet vast) as water could be so powerful. Thanks for the thoughts! nrs
First movie theater. Awesome!
