Well, the week started out pretty normal...like with me playing the keyboard with my superhero goggles...
plucking the yellow flowers from our yard (it's going to take forever to make an entire bouquet)...
finally attaching my yellow slide...
and giving it a test run...
BUT it changed very quickly when Mama tried to deflect a flying soccer ball and in the process chipped a bone in her right middle finger. Uhm, ouch?
So this is what a left handed picture looks like...not too bad...
look, getting better already--keep trying Mama!
As a result of the finger injury that is all the photos Mama took of me this week. HOWEVER, she does have some really cool zoo/backyard animal pictures that might be just as cute/funny!

and instead of a partridge...it's a Downy Woodpecker pecking outside our kitchen window! I hope everyone enjoyed all of the pictures. I am sure there will lots of fun and crazy pictures to check out next week as well (especially if mama's finger isn't feeling better!) Have a great week...and watch out for flying soccer balls!

Yikes, is the lion satisfied or anticipatory? The eagle watchful or hungry? The pararie dog sleepy or grooming? And Nanu preparing for a sunny nap or watching her prey the audience?
Mama’s right finger/ hand looks very painful. We all hope it feels better soon and heals well. :)
