To The Northshore!

Mama and Papa drove us to Duluth this past weekend to celebrate Thanksgiving with Grandma Kathy and Grandpa Sam. Here are a few of the things we did:

pic 1
I showed off my two lower front teeth (you may have to look closely).

pic 1
Papa tickled my chin to try and get me to look at the camera, but I won!

pic 1
I discovered Grandma and Grandpa’s glider ottoman! It rocked!
I need to convince Mama and Papa to buy one of these too.

pic 1
Is there somebody in there?

pic 1
Hmm…how did those get up there?

pic 1
Gotcha! Mama and Papa found two more lower teeth coming in so they bought me this popsicle. It’s tasty!

pic 1
Grandpa and I played with homemade bongos…you should try it!

pic 1
Hey, who put that on my head? Uh oh, they discovered my secret. When things go on my head, I have to suck my thumb!

pic 1
I found a great Swing dance partner!

pic 1
Sheesh! Don’t they have heat up here? Now I know what Ralphie felt like (from “A Christmas Story”).

pic 1
Grandpa and I checked out Cub’s coupons–what a deal!

pic 1
Thanks for having us over Grandma and Grandpa! I hope you enjoyed the pics. See y’all next week!

A Little Inspiration

pic 1
Have you ever had one of those days…

pic 1
where you know what you want…

pic 1
but it seems like it’s always just out of your reach…

pic 1
and makes you feel trapped within close quarters? Well, I have. However, in the last week I have discovered a few things that help me cope and I think you should try them too.

pic 1
You could increase your positive energy…

pic 1
or put on a disguise…

pic 1
and not come out ’til you’re ready.

pic 1
You could pull out the holiday decorations…

pic 1
or sit in your recliner and gaze longingly at your tree

pic 1
or you could take it easy and sit around in your pajamas all day

pic 1
or you could relax and wait (on a wintery day) for the sun to peak through the clouds…

pic 1
But make sure whatever you do, that you don’t give up…

pic 1
because I Love you!

Is It Christmas Yet?

pic 1
Hey…put your ear to the screen and let me tell you a little secret…

pic 1
I think it’s safe…Mama and Papa aren’t around…

pic 1
there’s this dude named Santa Claus who is supposed to be coming next month…

pic 1
they say he comes from up in the sky!

pic 1
And then he comes down the chimney and rolls into the house…

pic 1
I better start deciding what I’m going to ask for…good thing Mama has all of these catalogs I can look through!

pic 1
Hmmm…that looks pretty sweet…

pic 1
Do you think I look like the big guy?

pic 1
Man, all of this Christmas talk is making me tired…

pic 1
See y’all next week!

8 Months Old!

pic 1
Enough with the flash Mama! I just wanna play.

pic 1
Hmmm…what is this?

pic 1
Good thing I have a Kung-Fu grip!

pic 1
Hey, get back here!

pic 1
This might be good to chew on…I’ve got a tooth coming in!

pic 1
Hey, is that my blankie?

pic 1
It is my blankie! I think I can reach that.

pic 1
I think I can…I think I can.

pic 1
Man, that’s farther than I thought!

pic 1
That won’t stop me!

pic 1
I got it!

pic 1
Whoops! That darn gravity again!

pic 1
See you next week!
